What is the period to exercise my right of withdrawal?

No problem! You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any explanation.

What are the return conditions?

To ensure your return is accepted, please make sure that:

  • Items are new, complete, and unused.
  • They are returned in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  • The return is made within 30 calendar days of receipt.

Are there any exceptions?

For hygiene or customization reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized items
  • Hygiene products
  • Items with specific markings

If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the prescribed period, the customer will be refunded for the price of the returned product(s), excluding return shipping costs, which remain the customer’s responsibility.

How do I make a return?

  1. Log in to your customer account.
  2. Open the relevant order: track my order
  3. Select the products you wish to return and specify the reason.
  4. A return slip will be generated and available in the “Returns” section.
  5. Place this slip inside your parcel with the items to be returned.
  6. Send your parcel to the following address:

Return shipping costs are at your expense, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

When and how will I be refunded?

Once your parcel has been received and checked, we will process the refund of the returned item(s) as soon as possible, using the same payment method as for your original order.
